MEDIA LOCA, based in Berlin, was founded in 2009 by Gabriele Mo Loschelder as an artist booking agency and artist management.
The agency operates with a worldwide reputation and experience and is considered a reliable and creative partner when it comes to presenting artists* at festivals, concert halls or clubs and in special environments.

After her studies Mo Loschelder decided to move to Berlin, where she started to DJ and to collaborate with visual artist Daniel Pflumm and electronic musician Klaus Kotai, organizing the clubs „Elektro“ and „Panasonic“, curating the music program at „Init“, running the label Elektro Music Department and producing LP’s and EP’s under the moniker Kotai+Mo, Los Dos, Mo feat. El Puma and under her own name.

She worked at the record-store Hard Wax where she established the “Strange Music / Early Electronic” section.

Mo Loschelder founded her own agency MEDIA LOCA, with a focus on experimental and also electroacoustic artists such as Gudrun Gut, Electric Indigo, Ilpo Väisänen, Charlemagne Palestine… and constantly new promising artists from this field.

February 2020: Jury member at DJ-Battle Lippok Bros. vs. Nicolai Bros. @ BERGAMA STEREO / Hamburger Bahnhof, DE-Berlin
June and July 2021: Media Loca organized “Summer Frequencies” at the Zenner Biergarten in Berlin, a series of not only solo concerts but also improvisations by the participating artists (featuring Electric Indigo, Mieko Suzuki, Ilpo Väisänen, and Midori Hirano), when German coronavirus restrictions finally allowed open-air concerts to resume.
June 2024: 15 Years of Media Loca / 3 days celebration in Berlin at Silent Green and at Galiläakirche, with hÄK/Danzeisen, Natalie Beridze, Broken Vinyl A/V (Mieko Suzuki & Claudia Rohrmoser), Electric Indigo A/V, Jan Jelinek, Huerta Ensamble (Daniela Huerta & Concepción Huerta), Jasmine Guffond, Ilpo Väisänen and Midori Hirano
November 2024: Participant in the panel discussion “Climate of Fear,” organized by the Berlin club about:blank (on cancellations, shitstorms, and boycotts since October 7, 2023)
